I have called numerous times over the last few weeks, left messages and no one calls back. I have to walk in only to be told the doctor can't help me but the front desk can replace wires and they were still not sounding right and still charges me 200. Can't even wear one of the aids and the other one gave out today. Now I'm screwed. They used to be great but they've gone down hill.

Dr. Jaffe is so thorough in her explanations and listens to what your concerns are. She also looks at needs going forward that can help the patient.

Amazing customer service!!! Dr. Jaffe and Megan go out of their way to offer customer service that you just don't get very often. They are caring and work hard to make sure every aspect of your experience is meeting your needs. Highly, highly recommended!!!
