Havertys Furniture

We had a great experience over the weekend working with our associate Julanka Jones. She took the time to show us how our new furniture would look from a floor plan set-up, and also helped us decide the color scheme for the pieces we were buying. Everything was easy & seamless. 5 Stars!!!

Original review: The furniture is high quality and with better quality comes with an additional cost. Nothing wrong with that, just be aware this store is not cheap. Covid comment. Customer service rep was friendly however the rep did not wear a mask properly and kept intruding into mine and my wife space. (within 6 ft even though we kept creating the distance). Updated review: Manager called me and is going to retrain the individual and staff. This is quite acceptable. Increased the rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Store manager comment. Our manager would really like to speak with you more regarding this matter. Management will reach out to you. Thank you.

JJ is great! I’ve been shopping with her since I moved to Augusta in 2016. Always very professional and polite. Love the quality of Haverty’s furniture as well.

JJ was incredible and patient and extremely professional! We were out and about yesterday for furniture shopping to redesign our living room- started and ended at Havertys. With her guidance on building our room with the dimensions we have and setting the furniture into the diagram to give us a visual of the space. We are coming back today to make the purchase with JJ! She is exactly what we needed as we were stumped on where to go with this room. We are thrilled with our experience with JJ and Havertys! Thank you!

Super easy to do everything on line. Sales staff in the store was very friendly and helpful.
