I have rented two locations with Harper and now have family that rents through them. Our experience has been great. We understand that it may take time for them to get back to us, a curtesy reminder never hurt. However once in full swing they get the task done without issue. Terri has always been respectful with us. Lester is very communicative when you have his attention.

Very unprofessional, doesn’t respond back in a timely manner when things need to be done. Terri is very rude . She doesn’t say “hi” “hello” or anything ,just goes straight in for the kill . I think that is very rude . Only time she respond to messages is when rent is due and it’s not in a nice way. Communication is everything and she doesn’t do that very well .I’ve always been nice and respectful to her but atp I’m going to treat her how she treats me with the same nasty responses.

The Realtor Ric is very professional and Reliable. The homes that he has on the market, are in great communities and are beautiful homes. I am so pleased with my rental it may even become my forever home and the experience was a breeze, nothing to worry about. I have been a tenant with Harper Realty for almost 2 years and every time I had an issue that I needed their help with, I received prompt responses. They have always been kind and courtesy to me and still are the same til this day. Terri has always been professional, kind, and helpful to me whenever I needed help and always responded to my texts or calls promptly. I have been through quite alot these last couple of years and Harper Realty have been nothing but helpful, cooperated with me when they really didn't have to at all and for that I am forever grateful.
