Hardee’s

I put in a mobile order on July 2nd at 5 p.m. I paid for the order and when I arrived there was no one at the store. No employees at all. You shouldn't be able to order and pay for something if the store is closed. There was no way to cancel the order or get a refund either

Went in this evening after a long stressful day at work and the cashier Faith really brightened up my day. She was very knowledgeable, respectful, and also attentive to notice I was having a bad day. Not only was the service good, but my food was hot and fresh. Thanks young lady for making my day.

My first time and I loved it! Fries 🍟 were very hot and fresh! The meat on the burger 🍔 was grilled and so yummy plus the sauce. 😋

I placed a order online. Breakfast is over at 12. It was scheduled for pick up at 12. I get there the person I spoke with told me I had to cancel my order since it was after breakfast. Mind you I placed my order at 1130. I told her I couldn't cancel my order because it shows completed. I had 2 meals. Both were biscuits. Which I saw a bunch of biscuits on there counter which I know this place makes them in advance so I know those weren't someone's order. Idk why they couldn't just try to simply make my order with those biscuits. They were all rude. 3 women. I asked if I ordered my food at 1130 then why couldn't I pick it up at 12. She then goes through there orders see they recieved it 20 minutes ago. But since it after 12 they couldn't fulfill it. I asked for a refund they said they don't do refunds for online orders. So she suggested I dispute it with my bank. Such poor service all around. I never write reviews but I definitely won't be coming back to this hardees.

We all know Hardee's has the best breakfast so it depends on the service to whether or not the experience was good or not. Thinking it would be quicker to go inside instead of waiting in a line of cars for the drive thru, I couldn't have been more wrong. It took 20 minutes to get two regular sausage biscuits and two hash browns. The rack was full of plain sausage biscuits and the pan was full of hash browns so I have no idea what took 20 minutes. I'm glad there is another Hardee's close. Another chance and this time I went through the drive thru.... it was worse and took even longer waiting on hashbrowns. The order was wrong and was missing an item.
