Jessica is wonderfully talented! After looking at the reviews around the area we decided to try out Hang Ups since we live right down the block. Best decision. Jessica listened to our ideas, but made plenty of suggestions/recommendations we would have never explored with out a professional: frame design, backer (still not even sure what that is called), layout. She just had the answers. Order took about 1-2 weeks, but it was a custom product during a pandemic so I see that as a success. Pricing is completely reasonable and worth it. Once we picked up the product I realized the difference in quality immediately from that of a big box, do it yourself project. Already have a stack of work I will be bringing in soon to seek the help of Hang Ups. Support local!

She did a truly beautiful job! One of our students passed away and she put the student's Dean's List certificate in a matted frame for us. It looked amazing when she was done. She took the care to match the matting to our school's colors, found the perfect complimentary colors and a frame, and even created a cut out for a pin to be featured below the document. Not only was the work superb, but she was quick and gracious during the entire process.

Hang-ups Custom Framing & Art Gallery is so much more than just another frame shop. If you know exactly what you want, that’s great but absolutely not necessary.
