We wanted to add some rock to the front of our home so we went to ground cover supply. We did not know what rock would look best and fit our needs. The owner was very professional and provided us with options and his recommendations! The service was amazing and hassle free! Great price and great quality!

No issues with the product but service was poor. In general, not very nice/friendly people. Make you feel like you are bothering them. Product delivered a day late. Little explanation. No apology. Still charged full price for delivery. Charge on my credit card was higher than quoted. When I inquired I was told it was a surcharge for using credit card. Had I been told they would add so much for using a credit card I would have used a different method to pay. I have been here several times over many years but won't go back again. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than be treated poorly.

For $70 I got my truck bed absolutely FILLED and was able to cover all this space. Super quick service despite the 6 person line in front of me. Had my bed filled in about 10 minutes and couldn't be happier with the hook up on how much we got! Super friendly guy helped me out as well so Ill definitely be coming back!

Terrible customer service and unprofessional behavior. I placed an order with Ground Cover Supply on April 5, 2025, for 3 tons of #57 gravel to be delivered on April 9. I coordinated labor and prepped my driveway for the scheduled delivery. Delivery never happened. I received no call from the driver as promised. I followed up and was told the driver “should have been there.” Finally, around 4 p.m., I received a call from the so-called driver — later identified as the owner, who told me the gravel wouldn’t be delivered that day and said, “Then I’ll just give you a refund.” When I questioned the service, he became hostile and rude, shouting, “Yes! This is how I treat customers!” Then he hung up the phone on me. No apology, no attempt to resolve the situation — just pure disrespect. I had workers waiting all day, and I ended up wasting money, time, and energy. I contacted another gravel company, and they already knew who I was talking about — apparently, this behavior is nothing new. Please be cautious when doing business here. I would not recommend Ground Cover Supply to anyone. No customer deserves to be treated like this.

Customer service at this location was outstanding! I walked in and was instantly greeted and asked how I could be assist by the lady at the counter. She directed me to the supplies I needed. Another employee named Jayden realized I needed some help and without asking him, he took initiative, grabbed a shovel, came over and started assisting me, loading my vehicle with mulch. His positive attitude and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He gave me tips and tricks to make my yard stand out. He also helped me safely get out of the large lot filled with large trucks loading supplies. His customer service was impeccable; an employee truly deserving of a raise or higher position!
