Great Clips

Ok, I am an independent musician and freelance writer, and getting a haircut at great clips fits in my budget. For that, I am very grateful. Unfortunately, the last time I visited this location, about two months ago, I got a very bad haircut. But it is just hair, right?, and it can grow—I let the whole experience go. And two months after that haircut, today, I really, really needed to get my bangs out of my eyes. Charmain, who cut my hair today, got my whole look absolutely perfect! I want to acknowledge her, and celebrate her, and write the most positive Google review I can craft for Charmain—YOU are the best. THANK YOU!!! 🤘🏽😊🌱

The place was quiet and there was no wait. The haircut was quick, however the haircut wasn't good. The cut was uneven in the front and back and the hair throughout my head was different lengths. I would go to a barber but hard to get in around here. I'm better off buzzing it like I have been and waiting for my hair to grow back. I was trying to get a nice cut to avoid wearing a hat in this warmer weather but im gonna have to anyways.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I called on the way there and explained that my daughter wanted her hair cut today but all the great clips in our town were closed. It was a 45 minute drive. They said they weren’t busy and we would be fine when we got there. We get there and there’s a 52 minute wait and they close at 4? The door and online said 6. The lady checking us in asked the other lady if they were fine on time to do the cut with the long wait time and she huffed and puffed so I said don’t worry about it and left. Thanks for the waste of time and disappointing my daughter! Happy Mother’s Day!

I wouldn't even give them one if that were possible! WORST haircut I have ever had in my entire life and I'm 81. I wanted an old style pixie ( that I have been getting since I was a teenager) and what I got? A punk style. Will take two years for it to grow out. And then not right because it's so butchered!!! I'm beyond upset. Don't know where to go to try to get whatever is left salvaged! Guess you can say I'm upset!!!!

Saturday 2/8, I dropped my 76 year old mother off for a hair cut while I ran some errands. They were just unlocking the doors and I noticed the two ladies looked upset. They didn’t smile at my mother as she walked in. 10 minutes later my mother texts that she’s done and waiting for me! Turns out the woman just ran scissors around the back and gave her a “Dutch boy” hair cut. And not that good. It wasn’t even and had pieces a half inch longer than others running through. My mother didn’t want to upset anybody so I didn’t say anything. I took her home and cleaned up her hair myself. Shame on them for taking whatever was bothering them out on my mother!
