Grand Oaks at Crane Creek Apartments

I love living at Grand Oaks at Crane Creek. The apartments are super spacious and modern, and the landscaping is always on point….It really makes the place feel welcoming. Jake Hayes, the manager, is honestly the best part for me. He’s friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always on top of things. He and the leasing professionals seriously go out of their way for residents and were a big reason I chose to live here. The whole community is well taken care of, beautiful and clean. If you’re looking for stress-free, upscale living, this is the place to be!

I've had a fantastic experience at Grand Oaks! The beautiful new clubhouse is absolutely stunning – modern, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. It's a great addition to an already well-kept community. What really sets this place apart, though, is the amazing leasing team. From my first visit, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend living here!

Living at Grand Oaks at Crane Creek has been such a great experience! I’m especially impressed with how quickly the maintenance team responds whenever something needs fixing—they’re always on it right away, which is so reassuring. The pool is another big plus for me. It’s ALWAYS spotless and really well-kept, making it the PERFECT place to chill out after a long day. I’m really glad I chose to live here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Military friendly & pet friendly When we were first looking for a place to live after pcsing, we dedicated a Saturday to view different apartment complexes, and even though others claimed to be open, no one was available EXCEPT for Grand Oaks. That's when we had the pleasure of meeting Jake, who was super helpful and gave us a tour and answered all of our questions since we had a lot, haha. He took care of us so we could move into our first apartment. Jake and Jazalyn were extremely accommodating when we adopted our first fur baby from the animal shelter, and we are extremely appreciative of their kindness. Needless to say, all the staff at Grand Oaks are great at what they do, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment😊 Pros: Big balcony, outdoor area, pool, adjustable height pet shower, full-size washer and dryers, pantry, hosting cute events, dog park areas, and floor plan. Small Improvements: Resident portal glitching while doing move-in inspection, and carpet was still damp on move in day.

I will start by saying that I believe this is by far the best apartment complex in the Augusta area. Close to Walmart, restaurants and other shopping areas. The people here are kind and considerate as well as the staff, especially Jazalyn. If you have the opportunity to work with her I suggest you do. She made me feel at home even before I moved here A+. She helped me with me application and explained everything to my in detail for me to feel comfortable which isn't a big deal but she did it with a big smile the whole time.....
