Grainger Industrial Supply

After placing an order, realized the address was incorrect, I called to correct the address. I was then told they they could not correct the address that I would have to cancel the order and place the other again with the correct address. I then just told them to cancel the order, they lady told me okay. so she cancel but yet I still received a charge for my order and still received. which was fine but then I went to look at my bank statement. It shows they charged me twice for this one order and I have been on the phone with them for two hours trying to get my money back for the second charge. I have spoken to four different people and they can not tell me anything! I have emailed over my bank statements.

Thanks a Million to James and the staff of Grainger. When nobody else could help, James and the staff came to the rescue. While Other gave me the run around James took his time and provide with options and ideas. And as he promised I got the material at a good price and in less than 24 hrs. This is my new and only go to for my supplies.

Would recommend go to Grainger if they don't have it in stock they will get it pretty fast. Sent me texts and emails to let me know when it would be there and when it got there for pickup
