I had a tire leak on my vehicle. The personnel on site specifically Mr. Tyler Mcnall identified the problem on my driver tire while also pointed out a potential hazard with another tire I wasn’t even aware was present at the time. Excellent service and good overall staff and a great experience

Very easy 5-Star rating! This location offers military discount. This location has helped me out a few times and all interactions were pleasant. The Service Manager, Tyler; was involved with all of my service requests. He is very courteous and offers top notch customer service. This location is very flexible and customer oriented. This location is significantly more customer oriented and easier to schedule and access than their other store in Martinez, GA! I highly recommend your automotive services be performed at this location!

SO FAST for an oil change. We came in as a walk-in and they said because of the qeue it would be 1 hour 30 mins but we sat down and 45 mins later it was done! They were all clearly working hard and staying diligent. A good change from Firestone, where I've found the opposite

Great customer service and outstanding work!! Tyler (service manager) and Jarrett (technician) are the two very best in the CSRA area! I’ve been to tons of places and always end up with something getting damaged, these two were extremely careful and meticulous with everything they did! I paid a little more but the peace of mind I received made it worth every penny. Will be a future customer for sure as long as those two are there! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed, thanks again guys

I had the best experience at Goodyear in Augusta Ga. Tyler and Austin were honest and very professional in dealing with an issue they didn’t have any part of. I will make this my go to for any of my tire needs. Thank you both!
