Goin' Postal of Aiken

Was thrilled to find a local source for all things shipping without long lines. Now I know why no lines. When I said I had cards to mail and also wanted stamps he said he would only sell me ten stamps lol. I said well can you run the envelopes through a mail machines like other postal stores? He said no that is too much work , then elaborating that he had to enter info into a machine as in you know- use his brain and fingers and all. I guess that is just too much for him. Then he said, I don't think I can make you happy, you can just go somewhere else! Clearly has personal ego issues, poor business skills and also would like you to lift heavy boxes for him since his back hurts (as he was telling another customer.) His parting words were "Merry Christmas". I guess that makes it all better. If you want professional service, and mail a stack of envelopes go somewhere else.

Great service. I only went here because the post office I was at didn’t have boxes available in the size I needed and they close at 4:30 in my area it was 4:27 and the usps employee said you can buy a box from Walmart and then come back. Well I had to ship this item that day. And of course wait until last minute. So I called going postal and he was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions without any sense of impatience and the call got disconnected and he had actually called me back before I could call him back. Which was a surprise. This place closed at 5:00 so I had a few minutes and it was right around the corner. I arrived and was the only one in the store and between me shipping a marketplace order for the first time and waiting on the purchaser to answer a few questions I still was not once rushed or given any of the classic body language signals like the invisible watch time check. But instead ended up conversing until about 10 after. I’m not a social person either but I left there and felt like I had just made a new friend. He had just made a return customer at the least. So I highly recommend and the price was half the amount I would have paid at the post office and they use professional carriers like FedEx and others so you still can track packages and do all the same options. Good experience.

Had to ship out ~9 packages to different addresses, Had a nice chat while getting everything situated and boxed up. Shipped with USPS and UPS and had 0 issues

I wish I could give zero stars. This guy is a real piece of work. Such a blatant show of racism, and I assure you that is not a claim I make lightly. He was happy to notarize the document for my client until she showed him her ID which was a Mexican Passport. Then he made all kinds of excuses as to why he couldn't do it. I will never step foot in that store again.
