I contacted Giesbrecht HVAC after talking to several AC repair companies who gave me the run around. After I explained my issues and my concerns, they told me they would have someone at 11 to fix my unit. Brian Lane, arrived early listened to my concerns, and immediately got to work, quickly diagnosing the issues and making necessary repairs. He was a consummate professional, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was working. I would recommend Giesbrecht to anyone, prices are reasonable and they are consumate professionals.

I am so happy with Brian Lane who came and worked on my HVAC. Before he went inside the house...he knew I had a leak. He topped off my unit and got the air conditioner unit working quickly. Brian communicated to let me know the call before me would take longer and if I was still available. He was Courteous and Professional! Giesbrecht will do their best to get you in quickly if your unit breaks down. Giesbrecht will help you to get the maximum out of your unit and they don't just pressure you to buy a new one. They are also very upfront with their costs! This is the Best HVAC company I've dealt with!!

Best HVAC company in the CSRA. We were having an issue with humidity being super high in our house and not really cooling well. Kylie was very helpful on the phone and was able to get us scheduled within 48 hours. Brian Lane came out and was quickly able to identify and fix the problem…. An issue that took another company 4 tries last year, and not only didn’t fix the issue, but created other problems. Brian was very thorough and checked everything before he left to make sure we had no other hidden issues. Before he left, the humidity inside was dropping and the temperature was too. We are now on the maintenance plan and look forward to cool summers and warm winters! I highly recommend them.

This company is ridiculously overpriced. The price to repair a small issue was 3 times what 3 other companies quoted me. I was quoted $200 to get the job done from other companies in the area, versus over $600 with this company. That is highway robbery. I will say the tech was very polite. So, I will give 2 stars for my interaction with him.
