I hope the company does look at these reviews. I live at The Premier Apartments in Evans. This is a compliment to your driver of the roll off truck, today, Tues, May 27th. I was walking my dog and he was scared of the truck. Your driver was so friendly and spoke to us while he was busy working and I was able to continue my walk with my dog so much calmer. I don’t know his name but I appreciate him!!

Why are the trucks picking up trash at 5:30-6 in the morning (even on a weekend) from an apt complex in Grovetown, making so much noise waking people up. Noise violation much? Update: your drivers don’t adhere to any noise ordinance! Who are you fooling with that nonsense! Why are they picking up trash at 4:45 am… banging so loudly on a Monday morning! Then 4:57am on a Saturday! Based on the reviews this place is ran so shitty and customer service lacking to boot!

I’m writing as a genuine concerned citizen. It’s concerning to me that we have folks driving 30,000 pound trucks on the road who don’t possess the intelligence to recognize a giant garbage can on the side of the road. We’re not talking about one or two missed pick ups, we are talking about a constant, ongoing issue with the inability of GFL employees. We live on a wide-open country road, as you drive down the scenic street on garbage day, you see nothing but trees and garbage cans every several hundred feet. Despite the obviousness of a gigantic, colorful plastic tub on wheels, the highly-trained staff of GFL still dismisses, forgets, or ignores the cans. The aptitude needed to see, stop, and get a garbage can is minimal. There is no other explanation other than the staff members being on high levels of narcotics while on their route. Since GFL has gobbled up all of the local companies around, it leaves us with no choice but to either use this horrendous service or burn our trash in a large mound like it’s 1932. I highly recommend the upper management starts opening their eyes, starts administering random drug tests, and maybe even try to provide the staff with the proper training to understand the basic functions of their jobs. And yeah, we need a refund again…good luck to everyone on the roads while these methed-out guys are tooling around in their garbage truck.

The sales lady in charge of commercial dumpsters, after numerous follow up calls, will not get back with me on a price. Obviously the same service I can expect to get from them.

GFL has always taken very good care of our business. Pricing and services is excellent.
