This place normally receives a 5 star. Excellent care and quick in and out. Actual IV services and labs are top notch. Dr. Sportz was amazing but he has retired. Make sure if you and your doctor are not seeing eye to eye to request a new doctor. Dr Kutlar is the worst. Id give negative stars. Ive had him 3 visits to not go over my medical history, questions, nor followup w proper labs. He will be replaced. Dr Sportz saved my life an was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend all but Dr Kutlar.

So far we can't even get a phone call back acknowledging our existence trying to get treatment started on my mother. I see why the low ratings. And the girls at the main desk yesterday were gagging when an elderly (obviously cancer patient) was sick in a bag just trying to get through admission/check in. They seem to be very NON compassionate right off the bat. First impression.

This is the worst Cancer Center ever! They tear your body apart with poison. And soon as your better or go into remission, they ditch you. So if you have problems that won't go away after your treatment, they don't care. They would rather you suffer, so they don't have to admit what chemo did to your body. If you are diagnosed, just die. Don't fight it, the after effects are worse than the disease. My biggest regret was listening to these Dr's and Nurses, and going through the treatment. Cuz they don't make any money unless they are killing you with chemo. I'd rather be dead then go through this everyday, I'm worse than I was when I had cancer. I have painful traveling bone pain, which has now caused 2 bed sores. I have no quality of life, never know when it will hit me. And all my back bottom teeth crumbled and broke at the same time with healthy roots. Going on extraction number 9. Do yourself a favor, don't fight, don't go especially to this cancer center, the after effects are worse than the disease and they will not help you. I have 4 other Dr's that just shake their head when I see them, they can never believe that a Cancer patient is treated this badly, made to suffer. 2,2 bed sores!! And this Cancer center could care less what happens to you as long as they don't have to admit the treatment did all this, and they would also receive no government money if you don't get treated. They only care about the paycheck, not the patient

Went to appointment scheduled for 3pm . Got there almost 20 minutes early as they ask you come early .Checked in Went get a coffee Cafe, Sign up gone be back ,girl noticed I'm there comes from back room putting her phone in pocket . They called me immediately, check in ,ask go sit waiting room .We'll I couldn't people standing up in hall there. . Waited for half hour patiently. Ask nurse about my name ,we will check ,never returns , another 15 minutes later ,I ask again, we didn't skip over you no room for you ,okay ,I want reschedule she rudely points desk "need reschedule over there . "I started walking to desk ,a nurse came out screaming, excuse me ,excuse me , can I help you with something infront of 30 patients ,embarrassing me on purpose. I Said no . Went to desk, nurse doing nothing sitting ,talking coworkers can I reschedule no , you pointing across desk you have to go over there. With 20 more people taking numbers in line, I was furious. I cussed and walked out . Basically your staff was rude , insensitive, and alot people saw this . If I was a Dr. I would be mad the way my patient was treated . I worked a 8 hour shift myself before coming, I understand getting work done a being busy... but screaming by a nurse in a hallway full of patients at me ... ls unacceptable and the director will be notified... thank you Mrs may ...

I genuinely hope that their surgeon is waaaaayyyyy better than their triage, scheduling and and administrative teams. How I’ve been treated since I came in for my consult has been abysmal. I’ve been trying to get this surgery going since late January, early February. I was not given a phone number to contact my triage nurse or the triage at all. I wasn’t told who to contact for…anything. Anyone I did get a hold of would either transfer me or help me and then tell me it’s not their job, and that I should be taking to someone else….without telling me how to contact this person. My surgery is on Monday. No one bothered to tell me when to show up, where to go, any instructions beyond what the anesthesia team told me. I literally just got a call about a half hour before 5pm on a Friday night giving me this information…after I called everyone and their brother to get this information. I’d been trying to get this information for a week. Literally no response from my triage nurse, and anyone I’ve contacted transferred me to someone else or told me that’s not their job and good luck, basically. I’m really disappointed with this place. I had hope that they could actually help me, and almost every time I’ve interacted with someone here, I’ve cried. You guys do know the patients coming here are going through enough. We don’t need to go to a medical Institution and be treated like we are the problem and that giving us thorough and timely information is such an inconvenience to your staff. Or worse, they give us nothing at all. I’ve been pretty nice to everyone I’ve spoken with. There was no reason to treat me that way.
