Food Lion

Walking in here felt like taking a time machine back to 15 years ago. The store has never been renovated or remodeled, but it still keeps its charm intact, and is cleaner than more modern grocery stores down the street. Lots of items to choose from as the store is amply stocked. Employees all across the store working and available to help you with any needs. There is no self checkout here, just good old fashioned customer service and a smiling face to greet you and check you out. You can renovate quality customer service and providing the required necessities. Definitely a pleasant shopping experience.

Disappointed with the Deli. Last 2 times I stopped by to buy chicken from the Deli it has been almost 12:00 pm and no chicken out for sale or just one of the chicken items that are offered on the shelf which wasn't what I wanted. I observed one lady asking about the chicken and she shook her head and walked off. Not sure what the deal is there but it's hurting your business. Cashiers are always pleasant and friendly at checkout but as far as the employees out on the sales floor.. they just hate their jobs. They won't even acknowledge you. 5/2025 After buying a roast that you needed to use a chain saw to cut after being cooked and metal teeth to chew and had to be thrown out, cubed steak that chewed like bubblegum, and chicken burgers that tasted like something indescribable and will have to throw the rest out in the trash also.. no more meat bought from this store. The quality has gone to crap and it used to not be like that so after being a long time customer for years I will shop elsewhere.

Great place to grocery shop. Well lit, very clean, stocked fully and customer service is top of the line. The cashiers an stockers become family to the neighborhood always asking how we are doing and if we need any help. Produce is not only fresh but very good prices. Highly recommend this one.

Bad customer by the manager on may4th this year..I bought some salsa that was spoiled and when I tried to return it I was told the customer service counter was closed at 10pm. There was no note on the door or anywhere that says you can't return an item back after 10pm. I assumed the manager could override and allow for an exchange. I also wanted to buy other items but because of the bad customer service and rude manager I decided not to.

My experience was very pleasant. I found lots of sale items at great prices!
