Flowing Wells Theatre

We are thrilled there is somewhere we can go for family friendly quality Christian entertainment for our family !! Can’t say enough great things about it. We will be back every chance we get. God Bless Flowing Wells

We went to the Flowing Wells Theater for a production of Eli's Bethlehem Inn and it was great! It's a dinner and a show production and it was already sold out for the remainder of the season when we went. The servers stayed in character the whole time. We kinda felt like we were back in Bethlehem. They did a good job with the show and the production was pretty good. The food could be a little better was the only downside. The chicken skewers were dry and each food item came out separately instead of some things that should have come out together. The menu was bread (small rolls that were pretty good with the honey and butter), cheese (consisted on one small cube of Colby jack on the end of your fruit skewer), fruit (the fruit skewer was pretty good, just not very much for quantity), chicken (appeared to be 1/2 or 1/3rd of a baked chicken breast on a skewer, mine was a little overcooked/dry and so were those of the people with me) potato soup (was pretty good, but my wife was not real happy no utensils to eat it with, but they were keeping it historically correct) and then apple tarts for dessert (kinda resembled a McDonald's apple pie). We did really enjoy oursleves and the show was good (I love the fact that someone is taking the time and expending the resources to put out a Bible themed dinner and show in our area, and apparently so do others, it is sold out for all the remaining shows, every seat was filled when we were there). At least for us, we considered that we were going there for the experience rather than expecting gourmet food, so the food was not a major downer. But if you are a foodie, be aware, this isn't Frog Hollow or even Chili's.

The production of Eli’s Bethlehem inn was beautiful. I gave only 3 stars due to the rude staff member that I encountered with my family while I there. I’ve been a fan of this company since I saw this production years ago at the Kroc center. Although the new theater is very beautiful, it lacked the diversity of the previous production that I attended. I would expect this production to reach the masses as it did in previous years. Spreading God’s word and love.

One of my favorite places in Georgia! The set design here is incredible, a step above many other show houses! Amazing talent comes through these doors both onstage and backstage.
