A great store! I went for a fitting appointment to purchase new running shoes. I was helped by Sydney, who was super friendly and very well informed. She listened to all my concerns/issues with my current shoes and gave me some excellent recommendations. I purchased new running shoes and new insoles based off of her recommendations and they work wonderfully!

I enjoyed the experience with Caytlin (Kaitlin). She listened for reasons I needed the shoes and walked me through the process of scanning my feet, as well as interpreting the results. She is knowledgeable, and she definitely used her knowledge to get the best shoes that suited my needs in the gym. Thank you.

Look at my review history β Iβm firm and fair. I give credit where itβs due and hold businesses accountable when necessary. With that said, the customer service at this particular Fleet Feet location was disappointing. The only reason I completed a purchase here was because they offered a military discount β otherwise, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I came in after doing thorough research on a specific shoe. As most people familiar with Fleet Feet know, the standard process includes trying on both shoes and testing them to ensure the fit and comfort are right. That did not happen here. Instead, I felt dismissed β and frankly, the treatment raised concerns about implicit bias. It felt like the staff didnβt trust me or my wife enough to provide both shoes for a proper fitting. For context, I earn over $300k annually and live in Augusta, GA β theft is the last thing on my mind. But the way we were treated gave off uncomfortable, discriminatory undertones that no customer should experience. Fleet Feet as a brand promotes personalized service and inclusion. This location did not reflect that. I hope they reevaluate their customer service approach and ensure all guests are treated with respect and fairness, regardless of appearance or assumptions.

My husband and I came in primarily for new running shoes for him. I was also interested, but it wasn't as important. We were greeted by Bailey, who was amazing. While she was helping my husband I continued to look around. No one offered to assist me while I was waiting on my husband. The selection seems much more limited than previous times we've been here. My husband did buy shoes, but only because he needed them that day. I ended up buying mine online, and will probably continue to do so. I would prefer to support a local small business, but Fleet Feet obviously doesn't want it or need it.
