Joe so amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I walked in at 7:30am and my car was ready by 11:30 and I did not have an appt. Driving nice smooth and tight. I can tell my alignment and everything was done well. I also appreciate the financing options they had available and accepted. Def will return.

I had a great experience getting my oil change at Firestone! The staff was professional, courteous, and made the whole process quick and hassle-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and even checked my tire pressure and fluid levels. I appreciated the clean waiting area and how efficient the service was. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance—highly recommend!

The service I received today saved me from a flat tire on the side of the road. There was s nail in one of my tires. There was no pressure just good advice about the condition of my tires. I appreciate their service on my car today.

The Augusta Firestone was great!! They got us in and out with 4 new tires on our truck. The staff was Friendly and very helpful. The Aiken Location could learn alot from them. I live in Aiken and travel to Augusta to this location for service.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the final cost of two tires I purchased at this location. Before installation, I asked the sales associate at the desk (Rodney) for a price. He stated the tires were $172 each, plus tax, estimating a total of around $372. However, when I went to pay after the installation, I was shocked to receive a bill for $498.92—a full $127 more than the amount quoted. Rodney failed to mention any additional fees for mounting and balancing, tire disposal, valve stem/TPMS, or—most egregiously—a $52+ charge for a lifetime rotation of just two tires. (Why offer rotation for only two tires?) When I expressed my concern at checkout, both Rodney and another associate acknowledged the issue but simply told me to return on Monday to speak with the manager about a potential refund. I explained that I live in Charleston, SC and had only driven to Augusta for the day—a 3-hour drive—and would not be returning. This experience reflects poorly on Firestone’s commitment to honest service. I strongly urge your team to ensure full disclosure of all fees before proceeding with any service, especially for out-of-town customers who cannot easily return to resolve disputes.
