I am very pleased with the overall professionalism with this location. Specifically I worked with service technician, Lorena, she handed my services with care and also ensured I had every questioned answered. Despite being super busy on an early Saturday morning, the Firestone team on 6/21 were very attentive, friendly and expedient. I brought my single tire in to get serviced and later on in the morning brought my drivable tire in to get replaced. Thank you all for all you do!

Same day walk in to have a new tire put on my rim and they got it done ASAP!!! Andre the gentleman up front needs a raise!! He had excellent customer service skills, polite, knowledgeable and good sense of humor. As a business owner myself, I do believe in positive reinforcement for my employees. Keep your wonderful employees happy and you'll benefit all around. The store inside was clean and comfortable. Also the mechanics in the shop portion are on point and had my tire ready in literally 45 min!!! I couldn't be happier with the service or the price of $27. 🙂 you have a repeat customer with me Firestone of Aiken. Thank you again Andre!!!

Firestone has been my go to since 2018. I have used multiple locations as I have moved around the country and won't go anywhere else. The employees are top knotch and are always polite, helpful, and professional. I appreciate the timely service, too. Aiken told me one hour, tops...and they beat it by 20 minutes, despite being busy. They did my oil change and tire rotation in 40 minutes. Thank you Aiken for making a time consuming chore brisk and pleasant.

Our car broke down on the interstate on the way back from NC to Atlanta, and we were extremely fortunate to have it towed to this Firestone. They did a fantastic job taking care of the repair from start to finish and even helped us with finding a rental car. The shop didn’t have the fuel pump needed for our car in stock, but Lorena went above and beyond by driving to pick it up early the following morning so they could have the car finished the next day for us. Everyone was very professional, courteous and helpful… genuinely doing everything they could to help us out of a huge bind. I can’t say how much I appreciate your help Lorena!!

I called multiple places to get help for my Ford that seems to only need minimal repair and/or new tires. I got the run around. I called and Stephanie was so polite and personable. She went above and beyond by quoting and giving me a timeline of things. As of right now I give 5 stars even if I haven't received service for my vehicle yet.
