Firehouse Subs Walton Way

I had a fantastic experience at Firehouse Subs! The staff was incredibly friendly, and it felt like a great place to grab a bite with a good friend or family member. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the restroom was well-maintained, which always makes a big difference. We dined in, and the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. The sub I had was absolutely delicious—flavorful and fresh, with plenty of great toppings. Highly recommend it for a quick and satisfying meal!

We are both handicapped. After I placed my online order, I called the store to ask if one of the clerks would bring out the order. John was very kind and brought our order right to our car. Kindness is still alive and well and our lunch was great too.

There is absolutely, positively NO DAMN REASON to put an entire BOTTLE if mayo on ANY sandwhich!!! The entire sandwich was ruined and inedible! Disgusting! Even when I tried to scrap it off, the bread was soggy and fell apart from all the mayo. This is the 2nd time in which this has happened! These folks can't be trusted when ordering thru an app. They will do ANYTHING to your food when you're not there to give direction. Mayo is everywhere...even piled up at the bottem of yhe container. Never again!

I eat at this Firehouse at least twice a week with work being close by. They have the same workers everyday I know most by face and some by name. With being close to the hospital and taking all the orders they do this place is always moving customers in and out. Shout out to Brittany and Thomas for always welcoming and taking care of me when I come in. All employees are great I just know these by name. Never had a bad experience!

While FireHouse is, in my opinion, one of the better sub locations due to flavor and freshness it could be a little more affordable as it is only a sub. In comparison a number of family dining restaurants have entrees that are of equal if not cheaper in value. However it is overall a good food choice with a well trained staff.
