Driver of truck 29 passed us and revved the engine while were were turning from Interstate parkway off Wheeler rd the rear entrance to Doctors Hospital. Then stopped like we did something to him. Dash cam footage sent to HR already. If I don't feel any action is taken then I will forward the footage to law enforcement. Teresa in HR is the only reason you got 2 stars and not 1. Learn to drive, slow down, and do not try to blame others because you are a bad driver. Your driver is going to cause an accident! Dash cam doesn't lie.

Clearly no regard for people’s things 😍

They delivered poor services to my company in a week's time . They came to repair a fire sprinkler system leak. They repaired one and missed the other one nearby, the repairman admitted it. One rep was on a ladder while the other one was talking on the phone to his mother about food, not paying attention to the other one that he should have been assisting. They came back and forth three times to find different leaks. One supervisor came and found two leaks for the others to repair the next day. The supervisor did NOT communicate the problem to the repairmen that came to fix it, thus, they did not believe me when I told them where me and the supervisor saw the two leaks, I had to prompt them to turn the water on slowly so that they too could see it. I had to get them all on speaker phone so that they could come to an agreement. One of them thought the leak was from the roof though I told them exactly where it was and where we heard it. The office's lack of communication caused disagreements, frustration and chaos. I called that same supervisor and his reaction was deplorable toward me about my complaint. He yelled like a child, interrupted, and would not allow me to finish speaking, ( I was not yelling at him). I had decided to ask for the invoice for the little help they gave and hire someone else. My right to not have someone on a personal call, not argumentative, and not have to leave for 40 minutes to an hour to get a part every time one is needed, was totally ignored. If they are not going to communicate well with one another, then the same person who discover the problem, should FIX THE PROBLEM. This has cost my company time and money!!! They are not an asset to the community , but a liability. Attitude is everything, and the supervisor's is horrible. From my experience, it appears that this company is in the midst of a leadership crisis. It's okay to disagree, but it is NOT okay to be disagreeable!!!

We are very thankful for Fire Tech. Fire Tech has always provided us the best service. They are extremely responsive every time we have called them! I strongly recommend them for your fire alarm and fire sprinkler needs!

Great company especially there sprinkler inspection dept. Real professional guys that provided service and real knowledgeable!! Those 2 guys that came and did my sprinkler inspection deserve 5 stars then some!!!
