The driver for my package could never deliver my package. He/she said they attempted 2 times. The picture left on website was a generic picture. I have cameras all around my house & no one came by to attempt to drop it off!! Customer service took me in circles every time I spoke with them! I am yet to see my package!! All others came but not this one!!!!!!

Although my package was out for delivery from the 4/9-4/16 2025. My package 📦 finally arrived a day after I called customer service. It looked as if it was dropped off a cliff then ran over. I didn’t even have to open it. My bag fell right out.🤭 Thank goodness it was just a pair of scrubs.

Hands down the most rude woman works at the package pickup at this location. Miserable woman who acts like working there is an excruciating chore. Refused to read tracking information, called FedEx customer service who said the information was easy to lookup on the lady's end at the package pickup, yet the employee in the package pickup once again refused to do more than the bare minimum. In the 40 minutes that we were there, 3/3 of the separate customers were turned away by this woman for various issues related to tracking. All 3 of these customers had to have the corporate FedEx customer service agent talk to her to tell her what she was doing wrong. The employee maliciously joked to one that she should "just cancel the package" then when a customer got upset she wasn't helping them. If you want any real help, please call the FedEx customer service number, because making the drive down here was and always will be a waste of your time. For as much as the worker talked about how she was ready to quit and applied to work somewhere else, maybe having us call someone else was her goal all along.

Absolutely worthless company. This is the 10th time I’ve ordered priority overnight shipping and it takes 5+ days to arrive after ship. Customer service assured me the package would arrive by the end of the day every single day. No one can tell you where the package is and the only person I can talk to is customer service. All they do is say “I do apologize sir, ok for this one it showing it is scheduled for delivery”… then have the audacity to ask for a survey when they read the same screen I’m looking at back to me. Nothing is more aggravating than watching my package arrive to the city I’m in and sit in the same spot over a week with no answers. -10 stars

FedEx is the worst delivery service on the planet. A package was delivered to me and it was the wrong address. I called and they said they'd pick it up. They did not. I called back and the computer would not allow me to proceed. I am am unable to take it deliver it myself and should not have to. Fedex is the worst service I have ever encountered. The customer service is the horrible.
