I would like to commend the employee named Asha on her very professional service and commitment to excellent customer service today, 3 February 2025 at the Evans, GA FedEx Kinko facility. I was among many customers today who witnessed a very arrogant, condescending, confrontational, rude and vile individual , a very angry, bigoted middle aged man totally mistreat this young lady as she went out of her way to ensure this customer’s needs were addressed in a very professional manner. The customer was very rude and condescending to the point where it was clear he had such blatant disregard for her as a person. She kindly asked for his drivers license and he apparently didn’t want her to touch it. He shouted out his address so loud and Asha remained professional, she didn’t raise her voice at all or even reply back although he was clearly baiting her with his nasty attitude. She politely explained that the address didn’t match what was in the system etc and she just needed to verify the correct address.. the customer got even louder, slammed his license on the counter and yelled at her. He said.” Here can you even read”? Asha replied so politely and stayed professional through several more minutes of his belittling rants. I’ve served over thirty years in the military and I was so proud of the way Asha conducted herself. She clearly could’ve returned the same nasty vile comments to those customer but she stayed professional. I pray there is surveillance footage of this incident today and that this individual is never permitted back in this facility ever again. The incident was so tragic and very indicative that he had no respect for anyone other than himself. He was so very nasty, rude, belittling and disgusting that I was so embarrassed for her as a customer but so proud of the professional manner in which she handled the incident. Andy is a good dude. This is where you can print off your master plan and propagate your agenda. FedEx really makes it easier for the small businessman. Ironic how a mega logistics company makes main street stay afloat.

I mailed a package and, after ten days, I checked and it has travelled five miles across town. I drove up here and made a phone call and I was informed that the package is lost. This is the second time that FedEx has messed up an order. I will not ever be using FedEx again because every office is disconnected from the other and all of the package handlers, apparently are incompetent and don’t know how to keep track of things and not break them.

So grateful, in a world full of hate, good to know there are people being a light! I do an annual report on my son finances for the VA. So for the last three years I have used this store to make copies and fax the documents. It is not an easy task with the added organization of the paperwork. This time I wasn’t feeling well and was having back pain! Brandon, saved the day, he got me a chair to sit in and completed and ensured that everything was done. He, also assisted other customers in between helping me! I also observed his interaction with a customer who was very rude and wanted him to do something that was not store policy. The manager CAME over to explain the store’s policy to the customer. It was a sad display of a customer being rude!!! Kudos to the two store workers! A-1, service they deserve a bonus if this is what they have to deal with everyday!!!

Don’t bother bringing your package here. Courtney, the manager, just wants extra money from repackaging materials and services. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with them. My print services were so trash and because it was a custom print job, they refused to rectify the situation. The paper was creased and print quality POOR. There are several fedex locations to drop off and get office services in the area. Try those instead! No wonder they are “hiring”. I wouldn’t want to work under such a horrible manager either.
