Farmers Home Furniture | Aiken, SC

I have been shopping with Farmers since 2011. The workers are friendly and polite. My only problem I had this time is they couldn't deliver my whole set. They said they couldn't get the dresser up the stairs. They couldn't figure it out. My daughter's walls got a few scratches in her brand new house, but overall Farmers has been pretty good.

Absolutely horrible customer service . We walked in to the location in Aiken today to purchase a bedframe nightstand and dresser IN CASH . We walked in and saw a lady on the phone so politely began to look around thinking she would in the least acknowledge us. We looked around for 5 min and STILL we’re not acknowledged there were SEVERAL people in the store in the back walking around in full line of vision NOBODY acknowledged us NOBODY even said hello so we walked out! Y’all just lost a customer that wasn’t even looking to finance all because they don’t have common decency to even acknowledge their customers that walk through the door . I am still astounded I have never encountered a business that didn’t at least acknowledge people who walked through the door !!!! Will never come here again and I advise you don’t either!

Arrived on time. Overall a wonderful experience. The guys were quick, and no damages were done. Very patient and professional. Hannah is an absolute sweetheart! Great customer service.

Aziz helped us but she is no longer there. She did a fantastic job of listening to what we were looking for and helped us find it. We were supposed to be out on will call list as we were not ready for delivery. Five months later I called but Aziz was gone. I told them we were ready for delivery and wanted to schedule. Told I would get a call back. 2 weeks passed, I got very busy at work before I realized no call. Call again and told I would need to call back next day to speak to warehouse manager. Wouldn't take a message. Instead we went down to the store the following day. Didn't have us on any schedule but our order was sitting in the warehouse. Asked for a delivery date and we were given a Saturday. My husband and I waited all day and nothing. No calls no delivery. Called at 5 pm ready to request refund and was told they would bring it then. No, we waited all day and were tired. Scheduled for following Saturday and was told they would call day before. No call until morning of and then they would be an hour later. My husband was there and let me know the piece came. Got home and it was what I had ordered but the extra piece for it was missing. Do not recommend this place at all. They never reached out to me once while my stuff sat at their store.
