Horrible experience trying to cancel a membership. I ended up having to cancel my damn card because they kept charging. Buyer Beware!!!!

Never answer the phone and they keep removing my child from the program because I keep getting different info. I called 20 times and they need to fire Samantha because she never answers the phone and removing people when payments are made

The Family Y runs a great program and has such a positive impact on the CSRA. They are community focused and you can tell that staff care at every level.

Whoever is at the front desk needs to be evaluated for not answering phone calls.
