It was a very, very hot day in Augusta. The downstairs has no AC so it was a little stifling. The tour guide did her best to give us the history of the house but the heat was effecting us all. Go in the winter or spring.

For years the history behind the Harris house. The slavery respects and the hangings the ghost stories. Have made this one popular historic building even though that wasn't the original sight it was moved to the present location. But never the less it is a place to visit. The pillows on broad are gone forever but the Harris house is history.
