An Eyemart employee named MaKaylee promptly welcomed me and guided me through the entire process. She clearly explained all the details involved in ordering new glasses and showed me some impressive savings. Her deep knowledge of both frames and lenses gave me complete confidence in placing my first order with Eyemart Express. Just a week later, I was notified that my glasses were ready for pickup. Upon returning to the store, I was once again welcomed by the friendly staff. I let them know I was there to pick up my order, and they quickly retrieved it. The employee made sure I was happy with the look and feel of the glasses, adjusted the fit perfectly, and ensured everything was just right—no further tweaks needed. Brittani is so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to picking out your frames. She was very patient and allowed me to change my mind numerous times. I had never been to Eye Express before, but since a new location recently opened in my town, I decided to give it a try—and I’m glad I did! They had a great selection of frames, and the staff was fantastic, especially Julie, who was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the selection process and fitting my glasses. The prices were very reasonable, and what truly amazed me was the speed—less than an hour after I left the store, I got a text saying both pairs of glasses were ready! I purchased both regular prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. I’ll definitely be doing business there again.

Excellent service, very friendly. Had my old glasses (from a different store) repaired twice before ordering new ones. Brittani was most helpful. The new glasses came to the store within 5 days.
