Eyeglass World

Had a great first time appointment at Eye Glass world. Everyone was very kind, helpful, quick and knowledgeable. I worked specifically with Drew when picking out my frames, she was an absolute gem! She was so personable and worked hard to help me feel comfortable. She answered my questions with detail, and worked hard to find the best plan for me. She was absolutely phenomenal, so much so I made an additional appointment with her for my family. I wish I could give 10 stars!

I have not had glasses made that I see this well in over 8 years! I got a pair of regular glasses and sunglasses and I couldn't be happier. Alexis was great to work with. She measured perfectly that my progressive readers are great! Will I skip purchasing glasses from my eye doctor in North Augusta and go back to Eyeglass World next year? Yep! And to the people in the back making the lenses, job we'll done!!

I had a very amazing experience at Eyeglass World, all the staff were extremely nice and helped me through my appointment smooth and speedy. The two woman in the back at the counter helped me easily set up my appointment and it didn't take long for me to get through any tests that needed to be done. The doctor was also very nice and informative during my tests. The one staff member, Larae, helped me pick out and pay for my glasses and was extremely nice to me throughout the entire process. Overall, the entire staff were very nice and I'd gladly come back for another appointment.

Everyone here is pleasant and welcoming. My daughter received help from Drew. She took her time with her and gave her suggestions on looks that fit her face. She was very clear with pricing and very informative about additional protections for glasses. Turn around timing for receiving glass is very reasonable within an hour or two my daughter had her glasses. I was serviced by Alaina at Eyeglass World. She was very professional in handling insurance coverage for purchasing my glasses. She helped pick out few styles that fit my facial structure. She did inform me before getting started that she would have to conduct an interview with a potential employee. I appreciate her honesty and how she handle the transition when the time came. She has a welcoming smile, mild tone , knowledgeable, and professional appearance.

Everyone was so quick, professional, and knowledgeable! I've been to so many eye doctors and I've never had an experience leaving me smiling so much at the end. Major props to Drew! She sold me my glasses and was super sweet and funny. It really just felt like talking to a friend. I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need new glasses in the future 💕
