I had cataract removal and lens replacement by Dr Bertram who is now retired, followed by a laser touch-up with Dr. Bruce Brown about a year later. The entire experience was outstanding. The Eye Guys of Augusta run a super efficient practice. I was in and out with very little wait time each visit. At 65, I now have 20/20 vision. I couldn’t be more satisfied! I would also like to commend the medical technician Hanna along with Dr Morgan who handled my final visit. They are super capable and friendly. I am glad to offer this 5 star review!

I have had the best experience with my first eye surgery with Dr. Smith. He is the best and calmed my fears and I am so thankful he is my Doctor. Several of my friends had a great experience with him too. I am excited for Dr. Smith to do my final surgery! Also, his care team is top notch. Dr. Morgan is always great to me too and has been my eye doc for many years. What a comfort to be in such great hands!

Very few minutes in the waiting area before being called back to where the exam began. Every step was explained along the way. The process continued until the Dr. came in and completed the exam, again explaining the exam in specific terms and what it meant to my current vision as well as my future vision outlook. In summary, all four employees were very pleasant and professional, as well as the doctor. From beginning to end was about 40 minutes, with a quick checkout and a printed prescription for glasses. I can't think of anything that could have been done any better. Very satisfied with the annual visit. Highly recommend this facility and Dr. Morgan.

Top notch experience!!! Dr Ryan Smith is the best!!!! I was so nervous to have cataract surgery but it’s a blessing to see so perfectly and to not need my contacts or glasses again at age 61! Thanks to everyone at the Eye Guys! You’re the best! Oh I have to mention Dave Bowers who took care of my anesthesia. It was so comforting to have him there!!!

I had cataract surgery. I had a very good experience. Nurses were fantastic. Very kind and compassionate. Dr Gardneur is an excellent Doctor making sure patients are knowledgeable of the procedure and excellent bedside manner. Very kind gentleman. The staff is Great from the time you check in , examination, scheduling the surgery and going through the surgery as well. Eye guys is of the Highest Caliber!
