Can't say enough about the folks at Eye Care One. Due to spinal issues & looking at another possible eminent lower back surgery, while in the area yesterday due to a appointment nearby, on a whim I stopped in to see if they could possibly see me as a "Walk-in." As a type 1 diabetic of 32 years, my eyes are at risk. Even though I have been a client for several years and know "Walk-ins" aren't normally accepted, they "broke" the rule and under the circumstances, worked me into an already extremely busy schedule for which I am gratefully appreciative, as it could be months before I will be able to be mobile again. The staff is always a pleasure to deal with. If you need an eye doctor, check these folks out... I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Thank you, Dr. Parks and staff, for being my family's optometry provider. I've already brought four of my children to see Dr. Parks and we've had a great experience each time. He is knowledgeable and caring -- exactly what you need in an eye doctor.

Love Dr sponseller and clerk Debbie! However front desk lady sucks. She looks at me strange and turns me away when I arrive at 4:30 to pick out glasses and order contacts saying they only do that between hours of 8-3:30. Well business hours are from 8-5. I work too lady. Thanks a lot. Smh

It was my first visit. I don't know if I just had extremely high expectations or what, but I somehow left out feeling unfulfilled. 😕 It had been a long time since I last visited any eye care provider. My purpose, was to of course, have my eyes examined. I also wanted glasses and a new pair of contacts. Although I couldn't afford the high cost of a particular pair, I don't understand why it was put off about discussing other options(different lenses that I could afford). I was sent out with the same lenses I've been wearing for a decade and told to get readers(1.75). I specifically stated in the beginning what I wanted, but I felt rushed, especially when I said I couldn't afford the $1000 lenses that were introduced to me. Therefore, as previously stated, I feel unfulfilled and unsatisfied with my first time experience at EyeCare1. I'll pick up my glasses when they're ready, but it is most likely that I will not return for any other visits...unless I have issues with those glasses.
