Amanda is the best. She make sure that everything is taking care of if you have a problem. It was always a comforting on her shift. she made sure everything was in order and correct. Monica was also a big part of making guest feel at home. I rate this hotel a 5 star only because of Amanda and Monica.

Don’t recommend this place maintenance and housekeeping will come into your room and steal your stuff management will blame you that you misplaced it I was there for some ongoing work. I had three hotels checked in at the same time the other two I did not trust. I put my trust on this. Hotel left my valuables there and within two weeks I did not use that room. The room did not need any housekeeping. There was no reason for them to go in and look through my stuff and take my stuff away the beds were untouched towels were untouched room was never checked out. I only use it when I needed to rest while traveling in between job sites

Ana is truly a rockstar! She was so sweet and considerate and willing to help. Yes, they were short staffed and the rooms weren’t ready yet, but she truly tried her best to be accommodating. I wish she wasn’t treated as bad as she was when she was just trying her best. I’m proud of her for pushing through the stress and handling it as well as she did. She gave these people discounts and helped one person cancel their reservation. She did everything she could. Being mean and hateful towards front desk doesn’t solve anything. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you to Iris and Ana for such a wonderful stay. It was worth the wait for the rooms.

Our room was filled with so much pet hair that it was hard to breathe. On the positive side, the large refrigerator was a nice feature. However, the towels were stale. It might be worth considering the creation of a designated smoking area, as many guests were smoking right at the doorways, causing smoke to drift towards others guest.

Service was great. In a good safe location and extremely clean and comfortable. I traveled with my dog so the place is pet friendly and he seemed to love it.
