Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Easy pick-up & return! When I arrived for pick-up, I was offered 5 vehicle options, which was a pleasant surprise. My SUV rental was super clean with no smells, which I greatly appreciated. I’d definitely rent here again and from Enterprise.

I travel often for work. In the the past 6 months I have rented twice from this location, and both rentals were kept for just at 30 days. Picking up the car and dropping off the car is fairly easy, but getting someone on the phone or getting a receipt emailed to you within they time frame they provide is IMPOSSIBLE!!! It always take multiple calls to the location, most of the calls are unanswered. I've called two days in a row and sat waiting for an hour on two of those calls, either of which were ever answered. I have called the 800 number and they can only send a notification. After not having my calls answered, I called from a different number. That call was immediately answered and magically I was able to get someone to issue me a receipt while I waited. The car has been in there position since 05/09 at 10AM. I'm not sure why this location can't seem just follow through with their word of emailing receipts. I'd hate to have needed any other help, because not being able to reach someone over the phone and not being able to get assistance within reason is more than annoying. Thankfully there are other options. I've used those as well and not had to spend days following up.

Keshia was amazing when I checked in on Monday. She saw that the Enterprise line was backed up and jumped in to help from the National desk. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!!! Will definitely be back!

Update: a generic website will not solve my issues. Thank you. I travel a lot for work and usually go with Enterprise. A couple of weeks ago, I dropped off my car at this location and realized afterward that I left some things behind. I went back to the customer service desk to pick them up. Unfortunately, my headphones were never turned in — disappointing but honestly not that surprising. What really shocked me was that the petty cash, change, and even my personal ID card that were inside my bag were missing. All I got back was the bag with one card left in it. Super disappointed that the workers here would take from a customer. Definitely makes me think twice about coming back to this location.

Enterprise is awesome. The rental cars are very nice. Late model clean and reliable. Even on short notice during Master’s week they came through. Definitely recommend.
