Enloe Residential

As a customer of Enloe Residential of Aiken, SC (under Southern Siding), I definitely recommend them for your vinyl siding and gutter system installation. As of August 27, 2019, Enloe Siding COMPLETED the renovation of a disastrous vinyl job replacement started and not completed (STOP WORK) by another contractor, Hixon Roofing, Aiken, SC. The Enloe Siding Installers showed up on the job on time with a City of Aiken Building Inspection Permit. Two (2) Enloe Vinyl Siding installers completed the renovation of the vinyl siding job on my brick ranch style house in four and half (4.5) working days. Enloe upgraded my medium grade vinyl siding to the premium quality as a little token of my patience and endurance of a bad job I suffered from Hixon’s Roofing, Aiken, SC and they upgraded me at no extra cost. What a BLESSING!! Enloe corrected double sheets of siding that the Hixon Vinyl installers left in some places such as the facing of the windows and under the soffit of the house. Enloe had to install vapor barrier on the latest additional room as Hixon Roofing did not install one sheet as city building codes require. In addition, Enloe repaired a rotten wood panel that Hixon Roofing installers had covered up. Enlow installers worked with my surveillance camera installer on drilling holes and pulling some of the cable through the cable openings. And Enloe has a lifetime warranty on their vinyl siding and gutter system products and a 10-year warranty on labor. They have their own in-house installers so you will get someone from their company for repairs and upgrades (and the same installers), not a bunch of different outsourcing companies with the potential to return to your home to steal and the work looks different each time.

If I could zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service. My repair job has been half done for 2 months now. Everytime I call, I'm told that someone will call me back. I'm still waiting on the magic call and the repair is incomplete. Buyer beware.

Enloe installed gutters with leaf guards around the whole house. The sales rep showed us all of the options with the costs, we selected one and it was installed within 2 weeks. The installers were right on time and stayed late until the job was done. I thought the cost was a little high, but I feel like we got what we paid for - high quality gutters and installation. Since then we’ve had some heavy rains and there have been no issues. Very pleased!

We scheduled an appointment with Enloe to come talk with my wife and I about a new roof and windows. The salesman arrived early and was very knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. We had neglected our project for sometime and were getting estimates to move forward. Enloe was not the cheapest price we received but I believe you get what you pay for. Long story short, this roof is beautiful and I had no idea these windows would keep so much heat out! Very satisfied

Pros: Professional crew & work. No problems. Cleaned up mess quickly & thoroughly. I have a very odd shaped roof. They did a good job. Looks nice. Cons: it took a long time between order & installation time (which was not an issue for me, personally, but it was about 2 months? Just FYI). And the salesperson said they weren’t the most expensive out there or the cheapest. I’m not an expert on roof prices but I do feel like they are on the high end of the spectrum. And of course there was the pressure of the salesman who came out to do the estimate saying if I didn’t sign up today I’d loose out on getting the promotional offer of “however-much%” off labor if I didn’t sign up on the spot.
