From start to finish, her customer service was absolutely top-notch—friendly, responsive, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The decorations were simply stunning—elegant, creative, and perfectly tailored to our daughter’s style and the celebratory atmosphere. Every corner of the space was beautifully thought out, from the centerpieces to the backdrop, creating the perfect setting for a truly memorable day. Absolutely Outstanding Experience! I recently hosted an event at this venue and couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was professional, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making everything run smoothly. The space itself was clean, beautifully maintained, and versatile—perfect for our needs. All the amenities were top-notch, and any questions or last-minute requests were handled quickly and with a smile. Our guests were blown away by the atmosphere, and I received so many compliments on the location. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free event space. We used the venue before with same results. Aliana takes it upon herself to do whatever she wants to do, without no coordination. We paid for “2025” marquee for a graduation party, $150. She did not let us know she couldn’t get the numbers at a short notice. Instead we got something she had already, a “GRAD” with different lighting. Her reason for not letting know is because she gave us a discount. This is awful customer relations and communication . All it took was a quick text. Let client make a decision, what they want. What’s the purpose for the contact if she doesn’t follow it herself, but will hold you to it. NOTE: Had to stand in front of the letter that had wrong lighting. Horrible. Mind you, this was the main wall. All the photos showed this letter. She didn’t pay any attention to the details.(just like the last time). Now we have to look back at these photos with that “GRAD” marquee.

Encanto Gardens is such a wonderful place to host events!!! The owner is so polite, respectful, and knowledgeable about her business. She even showed me photos from previous events during our consultation to demonstrate the service she provides. She explained everything my booking would come with and provided additional prices/details in the event anything changed. I would highly recommend Encanto Gardens to host events, and I look forward to using the services here again!!!😊❤️
