I just want to say how fantastic the Elite Pool business is in making their customers happy and a top priority! Lisa in the office is such a true professional and very pleasurable to talk to, she answered all my questions and was patient. I felt as if she was just a long time friend helping me but yet very professional at the same time! I will recommend Elite Pool Maintenance to all my friends and family!

I’ve been using Elite Pool Maintenance for several years now. I really love the way the owner and the entire team take care of their customers. They are extremely knowledgeable about pool maintenance and what equipment and products are needed to maintain the pool. There are several different pool companies in the area and I will only use them. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My only experience with them is me driving on Furys Ferry and a work vehicle with their branding turning onto Inverness Way and went through the light and blocked the intersection so that cars on Furys Ferry could not drive when the light turned green. It's a gated community, there was a stand-still line; company driver should have just waited for the next green rather than block intersection. This occurred aprox 9:47 am Eastern time on Monday March 24th, 2025.

Elite Pool maintenance service is excellent in their maintenance service. I call for service on a Friday and received excellent service as promised within two days. Their pool servicing personnel left my pool Sparkling; I thought that it was a new pool once they finished. Lisa, the office person assured me that my pool would be taken care and brought to an excellent manner. It was! To top of my pleasure in Elite personnel service, the work that was done was not expensive. If your pool cleaned drained or whatever maintenance you need, I highly recommend that you call Lisa at Elite pool service.

When our salt system stopped working I called elite pools and Lisa had someone out to our house the next day. Slim worked on the cell and we thought it was fixed but unfortunately he had to come back. After trying everything I ended up buying a new system. They have the most professionals staff who tries to fix thing before trying to sell you a new part. This is very much appreciated when you’re on a fixed income. We have always been well pleased with their work. We’ve bought a new liner and cover from them and if you’re not happy they will do everything to make you satisfied. You have a great company Tyler. Thanks for taking care of our pool needs.
