Edible Arrangements

To piggy back on ABE post you can tell by the pic that the order was incorrect because three of the cheesecake have drizzle on them and then the other three are correct with the strawberries. I wouldn't recommend delivery if they don't take credit for their mistake. Even with the receipt, they could see what you paid vs what you got. They should of gave you three more berries problem solved. Thats what you paid for. 😑

My husband called to send me arrangements for Valentine’s Day since he is overseas. The delivery woman called me and we arranged to have it hand delivered by a certain time. I was on my way home when she called and informed me that she left it on my doorstep. I told my husband what happened. I had no issues. I did have an issue when the manager called my phone and complained that my husband left a bad review. She told me that the driver was doing me a favor by leaving it on my doorstep versus me going to the store. Her tone was rude. Favor? Never again.

Waste of time they’ve officially ruined three Valentines days for me, placed an order two years ago spent almost $400 on an order that was supposed to be delivered before 2 o’clock because she gets off at 2 o’clock, order didn’t get there till almost 3 but luckily somebody was still there and placed it in the refrigerator for her and Monday was a holiday so when she got to work Tuesday, it wasn’t even Edible all the strawberries were rotten on the bouquet and the pineapples had turned red for some reason So it was all thrown in the trash, So last year I give them another chance spent well over $400 I ordered a large bouquet a dozen roses and two boxes of strawberries. Well this time they did deliver it before 2 o’clock, but they only delivered the Edible bouquet. And one box of strawberries didn’t get the flowers or the other box of strawberries,,, well, since they screwed those two orders up, I decided to go there in person this year and just pick it up so I stood in line outside for over 45 minutes. Finally got inside the store and they tell me at 1 o’clock. They’re not taking any more orders so I didn’t get any strawberries, but I did get a bouquet that was in the refrigerator and some cupcakes. I got home and gave her that, and apparently it was old. All the strawberries were mushy. This is the last time I would order from Edible arrangements very disappointing ,,, Been ordering from them for years and never had any problems up until the last three years sure has went downhill on quality and delivery

The young lady who took my mother’s order on last Wednesday morning was VERY rude and messed my mom order up. When she arrived to pick her order up the fruits that was supposed to go with the order was not the fruits she ordered for her arrangements. PLEASE get it together edible that was a gift for someone special!!!

Michele delivered my edible arrangement on my birthday June 3. She was really wonderful. Very pleasant Thank you. Debbie
