We bought a dress last year and were so excited to come back this year. We didn’t last long this year. The whole vibe was rude and not friendly at all! My daughter tried on 3 dresses and had to be put on a “waiting list” for the next dress. She got completely dressed and then immediately told her okay you can now try on more dresses. We decided to leave because there were empty rooms and there was no excise for her to get dressed again. Customer service was not even remotely evident in this business philosophy. So sad because they have beautiful dresses. I understand the rules and reg but the owner could have been so much nicer and more accommodating. We found a precious shop in North Augusta that allowed us to try on what we wanted and didn’t limit our time in the dressing room. So Sho Anne’s got my $600* and we will send all of our friends there!!

Found my perfect wedding dress here. The owner was so kind and helpful. She even took pictures for me. Thank you so much!

My daughter and I were out shopping for a pageant dress. After reading the reviews about the owner, I was very uncertain. We gave it a shot and figured that if there was anyone that was rude at all--we would just get up and leave. I'm so glad we came here! They really have a GORGEOUS selection of dresses and fair prices (we expect these to be pricey to an extent). The employees were mostly teenage girls, they were ALL so kind and helpful--especially Mary Grace and Kyndal. As my daughter was trying on dresses, the owner came out to help her. She was kind and was offering her sound advice and options for the different dresses she was trying on. It is true that they do not want you to personally zip up the dresses, but when my daughter would put one on, one of the employees (the teen girls) would come in right away to zip her up and zip down. I'm assuming this is to prevent damaging these beautiful dresses. There are signs posted inside and outside of the dressing rooms asking you not to zip these up. Our overall experience was pleasant and everyone went beyond what we expected. We would definitely come here again and highly recommend others. Thank you Edge Formals!

The ladies there were absolutely phenomenal. They went out of their way to ensure my sister found the perfect dress, shoes, and jewelry that made her comfortable and confident. Truly cannot express how amazing the service was and how they went out of their way to ensure we had exactly what we wanted and needed. Amazing selection on dresses as well.

We bought a $300 dress for 8th grade formal. Turns out the school was not doing formal gowns. My daughter never wore the dress had tags and receipt from email. The owner would not work with me on returning the dress. Said I could have an 18 month store credit. My daughter was in 8th grade. She’s not having another prom until junior or senior year which is 3 to 4 years from now. Not very happy with them not working with us on the dress issue. I just really think they could have given a longer return policy or just a partial refund maybe. Not happy mom here at all!
