I must say it was Great experience! I had a lot of questions about the essential oil products. Nichole was very nice and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question with no hesitation. This store has a lot of positive energy.

all the employees at this location are wonderful!! 1000/10 customer service. i witnessed one of the employees/managers politely ask someone to pull up their mask (as per the rules stated on the door). i LOVE that they do this and actually implement policy especially since we are going through a pandemic. you can tell they’re trying to make an effort to keep everyone safe. also, Tristan and Jordan are phenomenal and i definitely recommend this store!! (:

2024-03: A lot of neat finds here. I check out their stock occasionally. A bit pricey. The employees have always been pleasant and the store has always been clean.

I love this store. I've been here a few times . Enjoy looking at all the crystals and the earth loving merch that they have. The employees on the other hand aren't very nice. (the ones working Friday 4/29/2022) . No one greeted us and it felt like my mom and I were bothering them. Since this was my mom first time going to Earthbound she wanted to experience what I've told her . I was in the back of the store . One of the employees were on their way to the back room . I said Hello How are you ... The girl just looked at me and said what do you want . I thought that was very rude since the store is supposed to be "peaceful" . The other employee that was behind the front desk was playing on her phone . So my mom and I just left the store . Felt bad for my mom because this was her first time.

OMG! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE!! I would live there just to have the ecstasy of living in the pure and beautiful energy that is present EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there.. They have such a wide variety of extraordinary things to see and purchase, and their prices aren't that unreasonable on most items. Even though it's not a really big store, I've spent hours in there just browsing through everything. Their sales employees are ALWAYS so happy, helpful, and kind and they truly make this store even more awesome just by being there. Would MOST DEFINITELY recommend simply going into this place to see for yourself how honest and genuine my review is. It's a little piece of Heaven on Earth in my opinion.
