Dunkin'

I made an online order for a frozen coffee minutes before I pulled up to this store. As I arrived at the drive thru window, I watched the girl that was making my order sneeze into the pitcher she was using to make said drink. She continued as if I didn’t notice, and brought me the drink with sneeze to the window. I confronted her about the sneeze and she started laughing. She then disappeared for almost 5 minutes and started making a new drink. In the process of that she was walking around touching the trash with her hands and the pitcher. No way I was drinking that drink but I used my points to get it so I had no other choice but to take it. It has now been 3 weeks since I contacted the store for redemption and have yet to hear from any manager or anyone else… which should let you know a lot about them. I advise anyone thinking of going here to think again!

Slow service, really, how long does it take for a plain bagel and a black coffee. Dining area was so dirty. Workers were apathetic at best. Just put order on counter and not let you know it's ready. Then burned edges on bagel.

The location of this store is off a busy street and it has nice entrance and exit. There are plenty of parking spots for cars to park in. The staff is nice, kind and helpful staff. They are always willing to help with mine and my family’s needs.

Horrible management. my sandwich was really burnt and the manager said she would comp it for me but instead just remade it to get me out of the line. i’ve been here three times and every time it’s atrocious coffee and nasty food. I really wish the service here was better, I’ve had about 1 good experience with an employee. Not to mention when I had a request for my coffee, i heard them talk about me through the microphone. Never again is too soon to eat at this dunkin.
