I was happy at first with this firm up until the last. I called her office to speak to her about a problem I had, and the person who answered the phone I don't know if she had a bad day or what we had words. I guess she went and told Mrs Brow whatever, and they talked about withdrawing from my case. I guess by law they couldn't, but anyway, to make a long story short, lol. I had a settlement, and I had about 6 months left of my Ch 13 bankruptcy she told me I was only going to have to pay $5,000 left of my settlement. When I went to the bankruptcy court for my settlement check, Ms. Brow never showed up. They sent some other inexperienced lawyer who knew nothing of my case. I had met him 15 minutes before I went in front of the judge. He knew nothing of my case. I didn't know what to say to the judge. I had to end up giving them $15,000 instead of $5,000, as was told to me smh. The guy kept apologizing, but as I told him, I don't know you, and it wasn't his fault he wasn't my lawyer and my car wreck lawyer just shook our heads. On top of that, she charged my injury lawyer 1000 before she would send the paperwork over to him. She didn't have to be money-hungry smh. Don't get me wrong loved her up until that moment. You had a job to do and you didn't do it real sad

Amazing law firm. I just had a consultation 2 days ago and finished all of the paperwork today. They have made this stressful time way less stressful for me and my family. Mr. Bryant is amazing he runs thru hoops to make the process as efficient and seamless as possible. They are all so kind and compassionate. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Seymour and Associates and I must admit that I could not be happier. My experience with Seymour and Associates can be summed up as one of the least stressful  times in my adulthood. I will point out that Karen was always courteous, available, and professional. The firm in whole handled my case with the highest level of professionalism.
