Don‘t purchase a sewing machine from this business!!!! I bought a brand new $3000.00 sewing machine six months ago. The machine has broken and been in the shop for repairs six times in those six months. I run a sewing business and when I asked for a loaner to keep my business going, I was told no !!!! When I returned it the fourth time I asked for a refund and was told give us one more chance to make this right, this time I was given a $100.00 manual machine to use, since this occurrence the machine has been in the shop 2 more times. Karl has refused to work with me on a compatible loaner and will not return our calls. I can’t run a business without a sewing machine. Karl refused to reimburse me , he said they had a no return, no reimbursement policy Remind you, this is a brand new machine that out of the six months I have owned it, I have been able to use it maybe 10 weeks. Customer service is horrible, employees are rude. Karl does not back his products or keep his word.

Helpful and very honest. My miele was puchased 15 yrs ago. Went in to get new vac and they told me my miele was still good and I could wait until it stopped working.

Thank you Karl Dunagan, for helping me research and find a discontinued gasket for my Rainbow vacuum. The aftermarket gasket fits as well as the original did 25+ years ago.

Every year I would have to replace my vacuum because it would always lose suction. I purchased a Riccar Vacuum from here and it’s been perfect for the past 5 years! The staff are Extremely knowledgeable about all of the vacuums which I appreciated

I brought in my aunt's old Elna machine. It was so stiff it was unusable. After they tuned and cleaned it, it runs perfectly. Thanks for a reviving my sentimental machine. Great service, great price!!!
