Dumpster Depot

I would leave a zero but you can't. We have not had our trash picked up in 3 weeks. I understand this company got bought out by a very large waste management company. So after contacting them about the pickup issue, the excuses started to fly like fireworks on the 4th of July. Within a 10 mile radius of our home, no one's trash has been picked up. Overflowing cans and trash on the ground because they are over flowing. I didn't know the contract was for five years until I called to cancel the service. But what the heck. Line 31 in your contract? Who reads these things? It should be explained to the customer just like Pest Control, lawn care and the like. Very sneaky outfit. I'm paying the cancelation fee. It's approximately 350 bucks. Since I am a fairly new customer. Our recycling center is 2.5 miles away. No big deal. I can put that 500 bucks a year to better use. Side note: ALWAYS read the contract. Sneaky companies with zero integrity will rip you off. I think they are CWS now.

Just like the other comments, they consistently forget to pick up our trash and bonus, they left half of our trash and spilled it all over our road 🙃. We had a small bit of snow Friday morning ( our normal trash day), and they didn’t show up at all with no communication Friday, or Saturday … or Sunday. As expected, because they were 3 days late, we acquired more trash. So, by Monday morning, we had an extra 4 cardboard boxes and a black bag of trash sitting beside the can ( again, because we are now 4 days over). I called this morning and they said they will send someone out - and THIS IS WHAT THEY LEFT after pick up today. Not only did they not pick up the cardboard boxes, or extra bag, they threw out a bag that was in the can, which busted open and spilled trash all over my street , and left my can like this. Y’all, what in the world? If you don’t want to pick up the boxes ( I don’t know why they wouldn’t, but okay, just leave them) Why throw them everywhere? The way they left this looks like it was maliciously done, why? My husband and I both called and asked that they come back - and we were told “ we will call you back soon” , and they immediately hung up. This company has been a nightmare from the beginning, but this really, really set me over the edge ** I appreciate the standard response, but instead of that, could someone please just 1. Call us back 2. Just come back and pick up the trash 🙃. That’s all we need. 2.24.25 - Fifth week in a row, yall have missed trash pickup on Fridays - I called today ( Monday) and someone apologized and promised they would be out today, and yall haven’t come, again , now 5 days late . I highly doubt you’ll come this Friday either. In all sincerity, can you just let people out of your predatory 5 year contract without customers having to make a big deal out of it? Obviously, your breaking your end of the contract by not fulfilling your end. 🤷🏻‍♀️

When the company was Dumpster Depot, we had good service, but now that CWS owns it, it is horrible! They do not pick up on scheduled day and so our trash sits on the edge of the street for days, waiting to be picked up. I've called several times and get the promise that they're on the way. Very unreliable! Wish my contract was up because I'd cancel and find a more trustworthy company!

Was with dumpster depot for years, when they sold out to capital, we started running into a lot of problems with them not picking up on time, when we called, they told us we needed to call and let them know the pick up so they could send somebody out, I informed them. I am not babysitting my trash can for you. You are contracted to show up on this date and empty the trash. I'm not calling you. They were very rude. I was very rude and the conversation ended, and I decided then to start looking for somebody else to do business with from what I understand in the area, they are losing customers, left and right and we'll probably be losing their employees left and right? So good luck, capital!

I too would give a negative rating if i were able! We are 5 days passed due are pickup day I've called the lady said she'd call me back and never did garbage is overflowing and we have nowhere to put thus weeks garbage. BWS should not have purchased Dumpster Depot is they can't fulfill their contracts/obligations to their customers.
