I really hate to do this because in the past he has done my hair ok and I can only say about one or two times has he done it where I really liked it.Especially for the price he makes you pay for being a “high end salon” But the past few visits I’ve had to DJ has been very disappointing to say the least. I already have trust issues with hairstylist. But he really just ruined it for me. I started with long hair and was going to him for highlights. I then had my hair done by another sylist in his salon who was the sweetest by the way and was recommended because she’s cheaper and was told it would be just as good bc they are all trained the “dj way” she ended up messing up my highlights and got me to a awful yellow orange brassy toned highlights. I had to go back and allow dj to fix it…. And he did not fix it. I told the girl when he got done “fixing” it that it was still yellow orange in a lot of places. She said she would go tell dj and I heard him say from across the room “THERES NO ORANGE IN IT” … but there was I have pictures to prove. Very awkward and made me uncomfortable that I can’t even express what I do not like about my hair. Especially when you are paying high prices. REMEMBER just because something is more expensive does NOT mean they are better than other places or someone that claims to be a high end salon because they can still BUTCHER your hair. Soo then after I get the horrible highlights fixed by DJ I left unhappy and out of 250$. I then have to pay someone else to fix his and the other stylist bang up job. For another 200$ by now my hair is not in the greatest health because of this salon. I had my hair and makeup done at D.J. and Company on May 3 for my son’s wedding. I am from MI was not able to do a trial run. I was a little bit nervous to have people I don’t know doing my hair and makeup for such an important day. I had no reason to be nervous. From the minute I walked in, I felt comfortable and relaxed! Everything was so much more than I expected. Both my hair and makeup looked great. Kudos to Stephanie and Kaylie for wonderful work. Thank you!!!! 5 stars to you and the entire staff.

The staff at DJ and Company is Amazing. Always so welcoming and friendly and at some point in time, I think the entire staff has touched my hair. Ifrom the blow dry bar to extensions, and of course color and cuts. They never disappoint.This is my salon of choice and has been since 2018 when I moved to the Augusta area. Allie McLaughlin

This was my first visit. I met a lady that has been a customer of DJ'S for awhile. Her hair was gorgeous. I ask for the name of the salon and I left her and went straight to the salon. From the time I stepped inside, I was pampered and DJ,s assistant colored my hair, washed and styled and DJ cut it. His assistant was one of the best. I asked if she was a beautician or assistant, for she worked with him and she was fantastic. I came home and my husband said I looked 10 years younger. I will go back . They have my business. If you need a pick me up stop by and get the royal treatment. I am very pleased.....

Such a JOY to visit this professional salon. Very high energy and the employees are all so friendly and welcoming. I walk out every three weeks very pleased with my hair. Come try DJ and Company. You will be so happy you did.
