Very prompt service! Brandon was awesome! Came out on a Sunday thankfully because remnants of Helena is coming back our way with more rain. He did a very nice patch job until adjuster can come out, then they will do the repair. Highly recommend Division 1 Roofing.

Edited…. Although Jaquan was very professional when he came out to do estimate, I was pressured to make a review after he finished taking pictures and letting us know that we didn’t need a new roof but there was some soffit damage to the house. We asked him about a quote for the damage as well as a quote to add gutters to the house. He wanted to know if i was going to make an insurance claim but I explained to him that we wanted to know the cost of the damage was before we would make a decision. Before leaving, he proceeded to put a sign in our yard like they were doing the work. That to me was a little presumptive. I waited several days before reaching back out to find out about the estimate. When the lady from the office called me back, I explained that it had been several days with nothing from them and I also expressed how Jaquan made me feel uncomfortable about leaving an immediate review. I have NEVER reviewed a place that I haven’t either been serviced by or that I haven’t purchased from. She said she would pass the information on to management for training. Later that afternoon, I get a call from Jaquan letting me know that it takes awhile to get the estimates but he will make sure I get them. That afternoon I received an email to open a portal where there was still no information. If a company operates likes this after trying to get an estimate, I would never let them do the work on my home because Hod only knows if they would do it right or even complete it. Still waiting on an estimate from the company though.

Kavin has done a Great job showing a high level of responsibility and respect towards me and is highly committed to his work ethnics. He has no problem explaining to me how the job needs to be done and is always on point. I think kavin plays a good role for this company.
