Purchased 5 tires in a larger size, while keeping the factory wheels, the work was done professionally and my purchases also included black lug nuts and new wiper blades. Extremely pleased with the service and really loving the overall appearance.

My wife and I went to get all 4 new tires. Was greeted right when we walked in the door with professionalism. Very friendly customer service. He helped us find the tires we are pleased with. He told us the car would be ready within an hour, which took less than that. I definitely recommend this place!

Got to the store early on a Monday morning and there were several people ahead of me. The store opened promptly at 8 and the staff handled the crowd efficiently. Zach was my technician and he was very helpful. He knew I was on a tight budget and found me two good tires for my vehicle at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back...the customer service alone made me a customer for life.

Amazing customer service, wonderful service all the way around. They are really one of the best In Augusta. I will tell you to bring a charger for your phone and a bag full of snacks and patience. The wait is well worth it for the quility service.

I had a tire that would not hold air. Took it to my regular mechanic & they could not patch bc they said it looked like a razor like object went in, sliced it and came out. They looked around town for my tire and Discount Tire on Washington & Bobby Jones was the closest place. I called, they said bring it on over, you can drop & pick up later. They called me at least 3 times to tell me my tires were from 2019, they are dangerous to drive on & needed to replace all 4. My tires were purchased in 2023, rotated regularly & just rotated abt 3 weeks prior!! When I picked my car up, they insisted I had no idea what im talking about and my tires were VERY DANGEROUS! I did not appreciate the harassment from this place over tires with barely 20K miles on them! This is my dangerous tire I should not be riding on!!
