DO NOT GO HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!! I paid 65 dollars for them to basically paint my real nails. I went for a fill in but they filed all the acrylic off and put polish on them and left old polish on them. They filed my nails til they bled and thinned out. They did my nails over and over and I'm still not satisfied. I went in with perfectly healthy nails and left with thin frail nails. Oh and my thumb is crooked.

I called before I came and asked for the person I had the last time they said sure when I got there I got someone new. I should have walked out but I didn't. I asked the person that was sitting me could I get and layover Iike I already had she said yea but when the man started doing my nails he broke my nails trying to get my layover off it hurt so bad he broke some of my nails I wanted to cry then I had to get fake nails I also showed him a picture of what I wanted my nails don't look nothing like it the first picture is what I wanted the second is what I got This the first time I went for feet they came out good witch I'm not picky about my feet as long my feet is smooth

My fiancé went to get her nails done today at this salon and was expecting a great treatment and finished look but when they got done and she came home she said her nails were hurting her cuticles and we went back to try to get a refund or something done about them they removed clear coat and polish and filed her nails even further down and just repainted them said they did not do refunds of any kind and was not going to do anything about it until I stepped in and demanded that they fix them they also tried to get her to do extra services that she did not want done and she told them no they did it anyways and had to remove it she has a cut on her thumb and burn from the acrylic and it went into her nail bed and it is very sore red and irritated will not return or spend anymore money at this place while being inside we heard them try to price gouge several other people and give them services that they didn’t want or didn’t need spent 75 dollars and it was supposed to be 55 and that’s what they said when she arrived

I always come here. Every time I come there is always something wrong with my nails no matter who does them . Whenever I try to tell them what’s wrong all of a sudden no one knows English. I went here a day after getting these nails done because the Pointer finger broke and they tried to make it seem like I didn’t get service there ! I had to show my check in message to even get mediocre treatment. After getting it “fixed” I told them that the light pink background wasn’t the same , they wanted to argue. The length wasn’t even the same as my other pointer finger . Coming from a customer who has gave this place multiple chances DO NOT COME HERE !! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!
