Diablo's Southwest Grill

Not a burrito guy but I decided on one for this trip. Made with a little white rice, chicken, grilled veg., lots of lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, light shredded cheese and the spicy sour cream. Overall it was pretty good, did lack some flavor so I will go with chipotle ranch next time. The guy who made it had his wrap game tight.The Coke Zero fountain mix was on point too. I never write reviews these days, but my wife and I have had great customer service and food experiences here the last several times we've gone. Service and food quality has gone down so much in the last several years since COVID, we're just very pleasantly surprised when things are consistently good these days. To the two young guys we often see behind the counter, thanks for caring, you're awesome!

I ordered the nachos and it tasted great and there's nothing I would change but the salsa did taste fishy and bitter. My biggest complaint were the chips, they were very thin and flimsy and couldn't support the weight of the toppings. Plus the way they scooped the chips broke a lot and left many chip crumbs.

100 % better than any Moe's. Everyone was very nice and they had options that other burrito places dont have. The atmosphere was great with the design and chargers at the tables.

When in today (5/30/25 2:00pm) the staff was phenomenal and personable, the food spectacular. I go outta my way to eat at this location.
