Parker Exterminating has serviced our home for the last 7 years and most of that time, James has been our technician. I cannot say enough about James's professionalism, courtesy and reliability. While many places give you a 2 hr time block, James is consistently on-time (at the beginning of the time block) and always gives us a heads up when he is about to arrive. Small things like that make the world of difference to us. While the services themselves are great, if for some reason there were any issues with pests in between quarterly visits, Parker Exterminating will come right out and service it again no questions asked. James is a trusted individual at our house and we appreciate his services.

We use this company at our business! Their staff is COMPLETELY RUDE! Do not recommend! They make appointments for services, come out to our place of business and when our parking lot has cars in it they decide to reschedule NUMEROUS TIMES! Then they yell at you on the phone, when the issue is THEIR fault! We pay for y’alls services and have for years for us to be treated this way! They do not know how to run a business!!!

Best service, best prices, best poeple in all of Augusta! Have had their termite service and bug service for almost 10 years now. There always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We have lived all over this country and several others but this is the best company we have ever worked with. They are family owned and operated and Military friendly.

My experience with Parker over the last 15 years (when Caleb did my pest control himself) has been fantastic and reasonably priced. However, the new pricing is over the top. I certainly understand an increase in price as everything has gone up and don’t mind that. My problem is that I am now forced to do an extra inspection for an additional $105 since a biannual inspection is not an option any longer. What is the financial issue with a biannual inspection? I don’t need an additional inspection so why should I have to pay for one in addition to an increase in price. I’m confused. I hate to leave Parker but may have to….fixed income.
