Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My husband and I moved to South Carolina from New Hampshire, where we used to go to Dairy Queen all the time. This was our first visit to one since moving here two years, and honestly, we should’ve skipped it. We ordered two Blizzards from the drive-thru and only got through half of them. There were barely any mix-ins, and what little there was sat on the top. Once we hit the plain ice cream underneath, we stopped eating. Really disappointing for a place we used to enjoy so much.

Went inside. 3 employees were talking at the counter ignoring us. Another employee finally came over to take our order. We ordered a hot fudge sundae and carmel sundae both with whip cream. Below are photos of what we got. Will not be back!

I normally go to this DQ and this is the first time I've had a bad experience. I didn't even eat half of my blizzard before it was just plain ice cream with no other ingredients. It definitely wasn't mixed well and the girl at checkout didn't turn it upside down. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied.

We went to DQ (7miles) to get their limited time $0.85 small blizzard specials. This ‘special’ is totally misleading and the staff at the counter had no idea how it worked. Not only do you have to spend $1.00 to get the ‘deal’, each purchase hade to be a separate order with a DQ app, and each phone with an app can only purchase one. Too bad if it is more than one person!! Very deceptive advertising and awful customer service by the staff an shift manager.

This is the absolute worst DQ I've ever been to. Service really tucked. The food was terrible, we had 2 rubber hotdogs that were inedible and a cheeseburger with fries. The meat was rubbery on the cheeseburger too. There was a terrible inability to speak with the server and to understand her. Never again for us. The dog couldn't even eat the weiner on the hotdogs.
