Cushman Paint and Body

I highly recommend Cushman's! They did a good job on repairing my car. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and the customer service was great too. Geremiah was friendly and professional while keeping me updated on the repair process.

I have an older truck ('97 Z71) that I pretty sentimental about, so when I was rear-ended it was an emotional event. Cushman did an excellent job on my truck, fixing it up like brand new. Customer service was great, and Brandon was responsive on all my calls. They definitely went above and beyond. Very happy with my experience.

Had some rear end damage to my car due to an accident and they did an amazing and speedy job fixing it. Kelly at the front was very warm and welcoming at my arrival and assisted thoroughly with how the process works and the paperwork. Geramiah was very communicative during the entire time they had my car and was easy to talk to. Having car services as a woman, a warm and friendly environment with easy to talk to people is such a nice change of atmosphere from other places I have been to. It was also so convenient that I could rent my car within the same building and return at pick up smoothly. I highly recommend.

Highly do not recommend. Unless you want to pick up your vehicle with more problems than when you dropped it off all those months ago.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THIS IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY IT ONCE WAS.. I USED THEM A FEW YEARS AGO..... It would take 10 pages to tell the horror story I had to deal with. If you like lies , poor quality work, extra damage to your car, poor customer service, rude people, and empty promises then this is your place of business. Go to better business buero and read the rating this company has earned.. They damaged my car, admitted it and then backed out of the deal becuase I complained. So if you keep your mouth shut and allow them to make mistakes and mis treat customers then they will take care of it.... Dent in bumper was painted over but not repaired. Door handles put on backwards.. back on the front and front on back.. doors not put on correctly.. passenger window left down ... maybe hoping it would rain?? Sarah the shop managers exact words... THIS IS SO EMBARRESING!!! 1200.00 trip to the mechanic after they had car for 6 weeks... mechanic said this was NOT from normal wear and body shop should be held accountable . Scratches on car that were not there before.. Even had pics that we all looked at and agreed that the damage was not there before dropping car off. I complained , so they said they were changing their mind in finishing the work.... lol !!!! WOW!!! SOUNDS LIKE WHEN THE OWNER RETIRED , SO DID THE GREAT SERVICE... what happened to this once great business... I used to tell all my friends and family to go to cushman to get car fixed. No more... Now every car I see in town with a dent will hear my story.. if the owner of car isn't there then I'll leave a nice pretty note on the windshield.... I can't force the shop to do the right thing ,but what I can do is make sure everyone I know, meet ,see hears what I have to say..
